Our History

In 2007 Noah, Aaron and friends trail blazed the first beach bootcamps on the Outer Banks.  The goal was to provide a program for youth to keep them active and away from trouble. The success of the first bootcamp inspired the team to offer the program to individuals of all ages.

After a brief break from the program, Noah and Aaron came together to rejuvenate the bootcamp and form Momentum Fitness in the fall of 2012.  The program expanded quickly and the need for additional class times became apparent.

In 2016, the team realized the need for a Jiu-Jitsu school on the Outer Banks. Their passion for this led them to partner up with Josh, Aaron’s brother, to start Momentum Jiu-Jitsu.
